Kristin and Joe, there was no one who drove your vehicle after filming the videos, which we explained we would do. As I had explained to you, we had an interested party in the showroom, and upon starting the vehicle, there was a lifter tick. We immediately shut off the vehicle and contacted you. When you both came out, you said a quick oil change would solve the problem. We allowed you to work on the vehicle in our showroom and change the oil, which you claimed alleviated the issue. We are not holding your vehicle hostage, you signed into a contractual agreement that you are now trying to breach. The contract specifically states in article 10 that an early removal of the vehicle entitles us to twice our minimum commission. It should come as no surprise that we follow the contract that we both signed and agreed to. There was no damage done to your vehicle, intentional or otherwise, by any of our employees. I am sorry that you felt the need to spread this inaccurate information based on assumptions.
