I renewed for another three months and insisted that since they came up with zero offers, the price had to be reduced. They were extremely reluctant to reduce the price. I insisted and they came back with two ridiculous offers that I refused in the next three months. Since I already dropped my minimum price by $5000, they tried to get me to drop another $5000. I refused, they threatened me that they will not come to me with any other offers that were lower than my reserve. Finally a week before the second listing expired, they had an acceptable offer. When they showed my car to the buyer, they could not get my car started because they had not kept the battery charged or fuel in the car after numerous moves around the showroom. I had to run down there and put fuel in the car and charge the battery so the car could be driven by the buyer. I asked them to notify me of the date the car was to be picked up by the transporter so I could bring a box of extras and that went with the car for the new owner. They never called me, and when I finally called, I was told the car was being picked up, and it was to late. Not even I’m sorry, just a bunch of excuses. They never recognized me when I came in numerous times, and never knew who I was when I called on the phone. I was once a car salesman and know how to treat a customer. The only reason I gave two stars is because they did sell the car, even though I lost money on the sale. I thought the two sales staff were very unprofessional and I would not consider doing business with Gateway again. More

It was an easy transaction and the ride home in the car was amazing! Thanks to all! More

I found their website very easy to navigate and the information on the vehicles simple to access. The pictures and descriptions are not notch. I dealt with Jeff Youngflesh in the Houston Show Room. He was always available; even after hours, and guided me through the entire buying process. I received the car in good condition and got what I expected. I won't hesitate to call Gateway again the next time I am in the market for a classic car. Thanks Jeff... More

They were accommodating in answering my questions (which were many since I know nothing about cars). They were great in getting the inspection scheduled. I flew out and met with Nic at GCC and we drove the car and he took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Nic and GCC folks highly based on my experience and I appreciate their helping me to buy the car of my dreams. The 1970 Mustang is beautiful and it would make even John Wick turn his head for a look at this bad boy. Thanks Nic and Gateway Classic Cars More
If possible, go inspect car first! Pictures look great. No so in person. Hood was scratched, blamed it on the shipper. Brakes are faulty and dangerous. Frame bent. Bondo city. Odometer Pictures look great. No so in person. Hood was scratched, blamed it on the shipper. Brakes are faulty and dangerous. Frame bent. Bondo city. Odometer doesn't work. Tail lights didn't work. Back windshield stained with something that won't come off. Whoever buffed it should be fired. Yes, I know it is "As is, No warranty" but I think they need to describe the vehicle better instead of sugar coating it just to sell. More

Since I couldn’t make a trip from SC to Chicago, I had to make xxxx sure I was getting the truck they said it was. These guys went all out to satisfy my request. The took extra photos and videos and showed the vehicle to an independent appraiser that I hired to document the truck. I was very apprehensive about buying site unseen but Brian and his sidekicks aka Larry, Mo and Curly did a super job of verifying the trucks condition. I trusted three guys from Chicago? Whodathunkit !! Lol. And they proved to be honest and respectable. Great job guys. More
