Questionable Business Practice Service Advisor utilizes a "discount" system to generate additional unauthorized services to your vehicle. When confronted, said that most customers Service Advisor utilizes a "discount" system to generate additional unauthorized services to your vehicle. When confronted, said that most customers appreciate these services being performs as they are often overlooked. They give you an estimate, then discount the bill and then spend the discount telling you that the unauthorized service was taken off the backside and looked upon as free. Do the math. I took my car in for engine work and was billed for a 4-wheel alignment that I had just done down at Discount Tire. They refunded the cost of the alignment but removed it on the bill as another "discount" thus covering up the "problem" as if it had never occurred. Just wish there was honesty and integrity across the board and no game playing. Car had to be towed back to the dealership after I was told it was "good to go". Estimate for repairs went from $1700 to $3500. I paid and removed my car from the service department after they wanted an additional $1000 to complete the job. Sent a complaint to all involved. Thought the dealer would do the job right! More

Very friendly staff!!! I dropped off my truck first thing in the morning to check on check engine light and for brake recall. Not long after i left they had it diagnosed and I dropped off my truck first thing in the morning to check on check engine light and for brake recall. Great and not so great I went from being extremely happy to now a little discouraged. I brought my 2018 in for service after waiting awhile for the part due to the strike. O I went from being extremely happy to now a little discouraged. I brought my 2018 in for service after waiting awhile for the part due to the strike. Obviously the strike wasn’t the dealerships fault, and I am always so happy with the prompt friendly attention I am given here. My only issue with this whole thing is that not even a week later and it is malfunctioning again. So another trip to the dealership that I need to make arrangements and work my schedule around. I don’t understand why it wasn’t fixed correctly the first time. More
