So much time for nothing So I went in for an oil change on a Saturday so I knew it would take some time, but it took over 4 hours for them to call me saying it was ready. Then So I went in for an oil change on a Saturday so I knew it would take some time, but it took over 4 hours for them to call me saying it was ready. Then there was some things on the inspection that needed addressed, changing out the tpms sensors and an alignment. They didn't even touch the car for an hour and half so I asked what's going on and they said they had to go get the parts. Then another hour later they say they didn't get enough parts so we just did the alignment. It's just frustrating being at the dealership all day and then not get everything done, it's like they don't want my money More
