Ended up getting a ride and going home, but since we had asked on the phone ahead of time, assumed the wait time would be 90min max. Overall they did a good job and our service advisor was helpful. Just need give customers notice of anticipated wait times. More

Daniel was great.. But.. Daniel was my service guy and he was great. Who ever the lady is that is the main phone operator should be fired. John checked to see if there were any safety advisories. There was one on the shoulder strap retraction system. The service was provided in a timely manner and John Sheldon kept me informed. I was notified that my truck was ready and it was sparkling clean. Thanks for all the great service and friendship. More
