I was very disappointed that in a world with covid and the area where this dealership is located in is considered a hot spot probably 90% of the employees were wearing masks under chin or not at all. I had made an appointment to bring my 2013 Equinox in for an oil change, etc., safety inspection and to take care of a recall item on the vehicle. Upon arriving at the appointment time, I was met by someone an oil change, etc., safety inspection and to take care of a recall item on the vehicle. Upon arriving at the appointment time, I was met by someone who checked me in and let my service advisor know I was there. He showed up within a few minutes, let me know about how long it would take and how much the cost would be. A couple of hours later, the work was completed and the service advisor explained to me what had been done and informed me of any other work due on my next visit. I paid the bill and left. Very efficient and uncomplicated. Also, I felt comfortable in the waiting area with the precautions taken in regards to the seating with distancing etc. More

The service was done quick and I was out of the dealership within an hour and a half but this is the second time I’ve had my vehicle at the dealership for service and their car wash bay was not wor dealership within an hour and a half but this is the second time I’ve had my vehicle at the dealership for service and their car wash bay was not working. My wife scheduled an appointment online and it was not recorded so I rescheduled for another day and when making the appointment I asked if it was going to take 2 hours for a 20 minute oil change. Well they got me and out in an hour but claimed a declined a car wash which I did not. I believe they did this so they could get out quicker but never asked me about it. The only reason we keep going to get our oil change is because its free. More
