I scheduled an apt at this location for my first oil change a wash and vacuum at 1145, i dropped my car off at 10am i was called at 1145 that my car is ready for pick up, upon arriving John is on a call change a wash and vacuum at 1145, i dropped my car off at 10am i was called at 1145 that my car is ready for pick up, upon arriving John is on a call where I’m left standing waiting for help, i walked away to head to the service desk when he decided to get off the phone, he quickly said my car was ready and handed me keys and said it was out front when i went out to the car it hadn’t been washed, i open the door to find the vehicle in worst condition that it had been left, someone also left a car charger in the vehicle that wasn’t mine, the service manager said this was normal for a Saturday and that i could come back another time to have it detailed, he didn’t care, nor care about the inconvenience, nor that the work wasn’t completed, he seemed elated at the fact i had to come back, there was a Black Lives Matter sign in my car, which is the only reason i could believe they wouldn’t do the job! I question if the oil was even changed. To be a woman, and treated this way at a car dealership is disgusting! Misogynistic unprofessional and downright un safe space for women to operate in alone. If i had been with a male, & not had that poster in my car they may have done the job. More
