First let me say that the part that failed on my Chevy 2500 HD should've never failed at 74k miles. However, Mike Beck my service advisor was extremely helpful. Also the other estimates I got were more expensive and no idea when repairs would be finished. Mike got the truck in and out the next day. Gateway even washed it. As busy as the service department is Everyone at Gateway Service always have time to be friendly. Don't know if they were smiling or not. Because they all wear mask. More

For this visit I have to include a definite ten thumbs down for whatever team of GM engineers designed the front end of the 2009 Silverado. A significant amount of disassembly is required to change the headlight bulbs. Changing a headlight bulb should not be a three hour $350.00 job. Once again, the entire Gateway team is fantastic, and I cannot say enough good things about them. My unhappiness is solely with whoever approved the design that make changing a headlight bulb a half-day affair. More

When I needed a ride back home I expected a courtesy shuttle from the dealer, but instead I was farmed out to Uber. If the dealer is going to offer rides to customers not wanting to wait around, they re shuttle from the dealer, but instead I was farmed out to Uber.
