I was really disappointed with a radiator replacement I just received. The radiator was leaking and I asked for a new one along with all hoses and thermostate. I asked for it to be washed also. When I ret just received. The radiator was leaking and I asked for a new one along with all hoses and thermostate. I asked for it to be washed also. When I returned several days later to pick it up I noticed it hadn't been washed and the antenna was still on the floor board. When I got home the radiator was leaking from both sides and which was worse than when I brought it in for service. I starting checking the hose clamps and found them all loose. When I drive it I will find out if this solves the leak. I have been coming to gateway for over 10 years even though your 45miles from my house and this is the worst experience I have had. I think it is just a lack of quality assurance. Van Chev is two miles from me but I want to keep coming to Gateway because I really like my service rep. (Robert Hernandez). Kyle in service was awesome. He was quick I dropped off my car 1.5 hrs early and he had it done before my appointment.
