The intake went well, the service was done promptly and to our expectation. However when trying to pick up our vehicle our service rep was too busy “catching up with a buddy” to help us. There is zero reas to our expectation. However when trying to pick up our vehicle our service rep was too busy “catching up with a buddy” to help us.
