Gateway Chevrolet has been the service department I taken my Equinox to for at least the last ten years and I have always been satisfied. My service advisor for most of that time has been Zach Sheldon and he my Equinox to for at least the last ten years and I have always been satisfied. My service advisor for most of that time has been Zach Sheldon and he has always done a good job of taking care of what maintenance was needed to keep my vehicle in good condition. I'll continue taking my vehicle to Gateway Chevrolet for whatever service it needs. More

my SUV was in for a minor transmission calibration issue and they kept the car there for 11 days, mean while, there;s no loaner available and lack of honesty with the dealership. first I was told the transm and they kept the car there for 11 days, mean while, there;s no loaner available and lack of honesty with the dealership. first I was told the transmission dept is really back up but I have to leave the car there to maintain my car inline, when I finally had enough and call the service manager and ask how much longer do I have to wait and what position is my car is and how many tech is in his transmission dept. he call back I'm currently fifth in line and he has 5 service tech at the transmission dept. so I try to do a little math so 10 working days X 5 tech, even if they work at a snail pace of 2 cars a day per tech, that would be 100 car before they get to me when I first drop off my car. if the avarage is 4-5 repair per tech per day, that would mean well over 400 car in for transmission issue. if that's the case, then chevy really really has a transmission problem, unless someone was lying but either way, next morning by 9:00 am, I got a message said my car is ready. so do I have to call the service manager to get thing resolve everytime. someone will said take you car to another dealership but I don't have a choice, this is the closest one to me. Do I recommend this service center. ABSOLUTELY. More
Yulissa was very helpful from the start with getting an estimate to getting my car fixed. When I came to pick up my car it was even washed, inside and out!
