They had our vehicle for 2 weeks and no communication with us about it. Terrible service all around no one was ever available when you called . Which I was told by a GM representative that it should be an in and out process. I was told my truck (2022 Silverado with 20,000 miles) that I had purchased brand new, had transmission codes. Cody (the service “advisor”) told me they needed a transmission tech to look at the truck to diagnose it and there was no timeline on a repair date. Eventually they told me my truck was ready to be picked up. After looking at the service order, my truck needed a simple battery replacement and there was no note of anything transmission related. The only advisement I would ever trust from Cody Mills Tag#: 7612 is him putting in his 2 weeks notice and running a telephone scam full time since he likes to play games and waste time. Thankfully GM is looking into this. More
After several attempts at other dealerships, Cliff and the service team at Gateway Chevrolet found the issue with my car and promptly addressed the issue. I had my car back shortly after.
