I really enjoyed working with Alexandria this last time I went in. I have normally been placed with Liz. Anytime I used Liz I would sit there for hours, I would be there from 10am to 4pm waiting for my truck went in. I have normally been placed with Liz. Anytime I used Liz I would sit there for hours, I would be there from 10am to 4pm waiting for my truck. With Alex I was there for a few short hours. The only issue I really have is I have specifically asked for my fluids to be topped off such as my windshield wiper fluid, and all of the times I have had my truck serviced it never gets filled. I end up just having to buy some and fill it myself. It is not that huge of an issue, but it take more time out of my schedule when I specifically asked to have it done at the time of my trucks service. More

Vehicle was dropped off on 8/24 due to check engine light being on. Car was completed 8/29 - stated check engine light was due to dead battery & paid $541.91. On the way home that same day check engine light being on. Car was completed 8/29 - stated check engine light was due to dead battery & paid $541.91. On the way home that same day check engine light came back on. Called dealership & was told to bring back in. I was then told additional repairs over $700 were needed. Poor service! Vehicle was held for 5 days & still had issues that were not fixed. Ended up trading vehicle in. Waste of time & money! More
