Alot of things were wrong, I originally went in to get an oil change fluids replace and a recall. It ended up being that the recall would take a couple of days which was not communicated to me in the beginning so I had to come back for a second trip to get the recall taken care of. When the recall was being taken care of I was informed my control arms needed to be repaired. My service advisor gave me a price not looking at my account and knowing that it should be covered in my warranty. So I had to come back for a third trip to get my control arms repaired. I was told the repair was only going to take the weekend and since u didn't have any loan vehicles I needed to have it added to my claim which only covers a portion of the rental and I had to pay for the rest. Next, when I picked up my vehicle there was a tear on my seat. When I ask for the manager, they went and asked the mechanic and they denied it which shows no accountability and responsibility. The manager did replace my seat which again needed my vehicle to be dropped off a 4th time. I made a total of four trips to get a recall, my control arms repaired, and the seat. They did make it right by replacing the seat since there was no way to prove that they did or didn't do it, but I know that tear wasn't there when I left it. Overall the time I spent driving since I live in the far west side the amount of days they've had my vehicle and the money I had to pay out of pocket this experience was by far the worst I've ever received by any service to my vehicle.
