Will never recommend the service center. A simple maintenance job turned out to be a nightmare. Worst service ever and I am still having issues 2 months later. A simple maintenance job turned out to be a nightmare. Worst service ever and I am still having issues 2 months later. More
Anthony in service is great! He is courteous, informative and respectful of my time. I come back specifically for his customer service. He is courteous, informative and respectful of my time. I come back specifically for his customer service. More
Took my Silverado in for an oil change after dropping my girlfriend off at work. I wanted to make sure my truck was updated on maintenance before leaving to California today. Upon arrival my dashboard/scree girlfriend off at work. I wanted to make sure my truck was updated on maintenance before leaving to California today. Upon arrival my dashboard/screen covering was normal. After waiting 2 hr and 30 mins for my oil to be change ( when usually It takes 1hr to 90 min) I finally payed for the charges.I then filled up with gas and went to the car wash. After I wiped down my dashboard/plastic covering, I noticed I had melted plastic or paint all over my fingers. I look closely at my screen cover/dashboard and noticed there are several chips/nicks within the plastic and portions looked partially painted or melted?!? . I immediately called GM Gateway and the phone rang and rang. Finally I got hold of the service department once I reached home (45 min away from the dealership.) they told me the GM wants to see the damages and I had to come in immediately.( By this time I should be leaving to go to Cali. ) I drove back up to the dealership. Spoke with the Director. He stated “there is no way for this to happen I was here for just an oil change”. My point exactly! However, when I left my truck this morning in your employees hands, my truck had nothing wrong with my dashboard/screen covering and now it does. Only two people drive my truck which is myself and your employee. He said that their employees have an open admitting policy if they mess up and nothing was mentioned. He then gave me an excuse maybe a previous owner had a chain hanging from the mirror that scratch it. That excuse is unacceptable because these damages were not here this morning and I owned the truck since last year. He then took photos and sent it to his GM and told me the GM is in Hawaii and he will be in Monday to handle this situation. However there is nothing they can do since I was just in for only a oil change. Told them I will take my services elsewhere, switch my financing so I am not paying another cent to GM financial and discontinue my warranty. Little does this company know my girlfriend and I have connections and know the GM should have been in today but will be in tomorrow. I called my girlfriend and let her know what was happening. She then calls Gateway for me, vouching for me that there was no damages on my dashboard/screen covering when I dropped her off and defended me. I get a call from the service director stating he was told Gateway recieved a phone call from me demanding to speak to the GM. I let him know it was not me, it was my girlfriend. He told me again there was nothing he could do. Let him know the is unacceptable and my girlfriend will be handling this. He then said that he will call my girlfriend for me as well. All I want is for them to admit there was a mistake that happen and that they will fix the damages. More
