Go elsewhere I have had the WORST experience at this dealership. I bought a car on a Sunday in November 2018 so they wrote up two contracts. One for if we paid cas I have had the WORST experience at this dealership. I bought a car on a Sunday in November 2018 so they wrote up two contracts. One for if we paid cash and one for if they didn’t get the check. We sent the cashiers check the next day and texted the financial advisor, Kevin Anderson, a picture of the check. They received it and cashed it and a month later he called to ask us if we had paid, that he was tying up loose ends and couldn’t find if we had sent a check or not. What?? Cut to another month later when I still haven’t received my plates or title. After hounding the dealership and Kevin Anderson for days, he calls to inform me that this was a third party sale out of state and they never had a power of attorney signed so theryre still trying to get it titled. But no one called to tell me this of course. We did eventually receive the plate and title. We paid for one year of registration. We received the registration in February 2019, it expires in March 2019. The night we bought the car we bought the extended warranty from Kevin Anderson. He included free oil changes “because they’re a family business and he wanted us to come there for service”. So three months later I drive an hour each way for my first free oil change (my fault, I wouldn’t have bothered if I wasn’t on maternity leave) where of course they inform me that I don’t have free oil changes. After talking to a manager and Kevin Anderson they refuse to honor it, not even comp the one that day, even though I drove an hour to get there with a baby. The service tech I spoke to, I think his name is a Angel, was amazingly kind. He was sympathetic to the fact that they wouldn’t honor it and spoke with his manager and got me 50% off. So incredibly nice of him to go out of his way when he didn’t have to. I was prepared to say that the service department is the one shining light in this xxxx hole, but on the way home my car is now rattling terribly. So something was loosened during my visit. All the money in the world could NEVER take me back to that dealership. Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this place. More
Overall good experience, minus the weak link. Tony and Yoli did a great job. They both have exceptional customer service! Overall I was a happy customer. the service manager was extremely patient with all my concerns because my vehicle came in for damage done by hitting it straight object in the road. While there they did my service work and we're very efficient at it! This is the first time though that they have not reset my oil change warning in my car and I did not get a sticker telling me when my next oil change was due. The work was completed very quickly in spite of the amount of work that needed to be done and everything looked really good for the repairs they had to do. The first two oil changes I had there I thought the wait was kind of lengthy but they did make it very pleasant and my car was so pretty and clean when it came out both times. This time they missed the car wash. all in all though I would have to say I'm very satisfied with my service manager his communication with me regarding the issues and the timely fashion that it was done More
