I was told the parts were back ordered, I located the parts at the dealership 5 miles away from this dealership. I then purchased the parts like the advisor said, then was told they could not install the parts at the dealership 5 miles away from this dealership. I then purchased the parts like the advisor said, then was told they could not install the parts because they didn’t get the parts themselves. I then had to take the part back to the dealership I purchased them from and was told they never received a request to transfer parts. More
