Being a senior disabled veteran I don't hear well and wanted to get as much information as I could thru email & texting so there would be no misunderstandings trying to purchase a vehicle and Shannon Secord the sales person exceeded all my expectations. She was patient and understanding of my needs and requests. She spent 5 days answering my questions and sending me information by email and text, including a full price break down explaining all costs and fees for the sales price on the vehicle that she actually put in writing and emailed the document to me. After making the drive to the dealership I was not disappointed, Shannon had the truck ready for the test drive, explained all the features and answered all the questions I had and I had a lot because there are so many features on these newer vehicles. One thing I was very impressed with was not only the quality of service from everyone but the honesty of Shannon and the sales manager, the price Shannon quoted me in writing by email never changed, there were no surprises and I am very happy with the price I was given and the truck I purchased.
