Great Customer Service Had a scratching in steering wheel when turning, they replaced the Airbag Coil, charge was $297, that did not fix the problem, it still scratched. The problem was the steering rack, they put a new rack in and gave me a credit of $297 for the Airbag coil against the cost of the steering rack...plus a 10% discount. First class dealership....they know how to keep a customer. Will definitely buy my next vehicle from Gateway Chevrolet. More
took my Malibu in for service After having taken my Malibu to a 3rd party mechanic shop for years I decided it was time to take it to someone who know the ins and outs of Chevy and After having taken my Malibu to a 3rd party mechanic shop for years I decided it was time to take it to someone who know the ins and outs of Chevy and thats what lead me to taking my car to the dealership. I had the best experience ever. When I picked my car up from the shop the next day it was a great feeling knowing that certified chevy mechanics had been taking care of it. Also, it turned out there were 3 MAJOR open recalls and they took care of all of them for me. My contact in the shop was Juan Martinez and after explaining to him the frustrations I've had with the 3rd party mechanic shop I had been using, he really took the time to explain to me the benefits of taking my car to the dealership to have it worked on by the people who have trained specifically to work on those cars. Its such a huge piece of mind that I think a lot of people dismiss because theres is the stigma of the dealer mechanic costing more. Turns out, thats not so true anymore. Dealership mechanics have competitive prices and then on top of that theres the piece of mind knowing the person working on your car has probably seen HUNDREDS of the same model and they know it like the back of their hand. Juan really made sure my Malibu was taken care of and we discussed future services that he recommended done in order to get another hundred thousand miles out of my car (currently clocking in at 108k) and I'm looking forward to taking it back in to Juan to get a tune up and the preventative maintenance we discussed. This was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop. More

I called to see what they would say about it and they said it was probably an oversight but the car was sold weeks ago. They probably still have it on the lot as it is still fresh on craigslist and on the dealers site. DO NOT buy from this dealer. More

Worst Dealership Yet! This dealership is absolutely horrendous all around. From the staff, to the service area, to salesman in general. The only good thing about them is they have an awesome team in body shop area other than that prepare yourself. Their APR rates are always 14 percent and up. They never want to work that down. I had bought a 2013 camaro, just the base model that usually goes around 20,000 and it ended up being close to 40,000 afterwards. Their people skills are absolutely horrible. I was told by a salesman, young kid, early 20's, that i wouldn't be able to afford or get the car i wanted without them even doing a credit check. My experience made me not even want to go to another dealer because I didn't want to be looked down upon again! My husband ended up going there for a truck. The sales person that helped him was ok at first. He helped him get into that truck but they didn't want to show any carfax reports on it and about a week later he got a call saying the truck needed to be taken to DMV due to the "incorrect mileage" written on it. He found it a little strange and to come to conclusion, he was told the truck had 70,000 miles on it but ended up having 170,000 miles on it and also on carfax report there was a report and warning about mileage being "tampered" with. 2005 Silverado for 15000 after everything was craaaaaazy! Then when the big chevy tent sale happened at the cardinals stadium we decided to work with the staff from Courtesy Chevrolet. They got me into my new 2014 RS that i drive now. And afterwards when we got home, the same salesperson that helped out my husband with his truck texted him talking smack! Saying that i almost got him fired for him not following up with me and why didn't we go to him for help!! Very unproffesional. My next visit was forced due to my car having a check engine light on and it was closest dealer to me and they're service center is crap!! They wanted to charge me 125 and hour for a so called wire that wasnt even the correct diagnostic for my car!! I feel bad for people following up on their service center. It would've cost me a good 5000 just for them to see what was wrong. I ended up being able to get my car to Courtesy and they were outstanding. Warranty covered everything so i didn't have to pay costs. They gave me a loaner and kept up with me 24/7 on everything. Please, please, please never go here!!! More

Tabitha was so nice, and got our car started right away. We went to the beautiful and sunny waiting area, where they had free coffee and donuts waiting. Two hours later we were on our way home! Surprise. Surprise! I would recommend them to everyone. More
