Great Experience I took my Equinox in because of noises in the suspension in the back of the vehicle. I explained to Zachary, my service advisor, the symptoms I was ex I took my Equinox in because of noises in the suspension in the back of the vehicle. I explained to Zachary, my service advisor, the symptoms I was experiencing with the Equinox. The problem was diagnosed and since it was going to take a few hours to repair, I made arrangements to bring it back a few days later which I did. A ride home was arranged for me and a few hours later, Zach called letting me know the work was done. A ride was arranged to pick me up and take me back to Gateway. My Equinox was repaired and washed when I arrived. Also, I had forgotten my cell phone in the backseat of the car which took me home. The people at the reception desk were informed of this by the driver and they went above and beyond to make sure I was reunited with my phone. I appreciated very much the treatment I (and my Equinox) received at Gateway Chevrolet. More
