Good customer service I took my truck in for an ac issue. Had taken it to another dealership twice before with the same issue and both times they said the either could not I took my truck in for an ac issue. Service Tech Service tech kept telling my wife he could not find my agreement in the system. When I bought the truck last year I upgraded and paid for all the upgr Service tech kept telling my wife he could not find my agreement in the system. When I bought the truck last year I upgraded and paid for all the upgrades from free services to tires, paint and dent and extended warranties. After he finally got it right then he was trying to say I needed an alignment. I have only had the truck for less than a year and it is a 2018. You would think that it is still under warranty. On top of it my wife was being harassed by the sales guys to trade it in for a 2018. Not sure if he noticed but we have a 2018. More
