I would like to share my experience with Ken Garff Gateway Chevrolet so that other buyers can be aware and carefully review their paperwork before signing. I was very happy with my salesperson and prefer not to mention his name, as he treated me well throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with the Finance Director, Razz, was much different. After purchasing my vehicle, I discovered that $7,594.95 in additional products and services had been added to my loan without my full understanding or agreement. These charges included: • Opt GAP Contract – $1,200.00 • Kornerstone Advantage Care – $209.95 • Kornerstone VSC – $4,995.00 • Kornerstone App Shield – $595.00 • Pladtech – $595.00 To be fair, my salesperson explained that the Pladtech product could not be removed, and that was the only additional product I agreed to keep. Chevrolet agreed to cancel the remaining products and issue a refund, but more than a month later my loan balance has still not been credited. When I contacted Capital One, I was informed that the dealership must send the refund check before the credit can be applied to my account. I was told by Reeze that the process could take up to 90 days. I explained that receiving this credit is important because I am currently trying to purchase a home, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is to carefully review every document and every product being added to your loan before signing. i dealt with salesperson Alejandro Reyna. i found him to be courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were considering purchasing. once we made the purchase, he assisted me and my daug i found him to be courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were considering purchasing. once we made the purchase, he assisted me and my daughter in getting the vehicle prepared for delivery. he assisted my daughter in syncing the cell phone to the vehicle. he was pleasant to deal with and would recommend him to others looking to purchase a chevy vehicle. my daughter is enjoying the chevy truck purchased. thank you. It's been well over a month since I purchased my 2026 Chevy Equinox. I do not have any documentation of that sale. Not even a sales receipt. It appears that once you got the money, you were through with me. I am extremely dissatisfied with your lack of customer service, and I would not ever recommend you to anyone. More
