No call back from Max after leaving a message to call me back. Plastic panels in the frunck not installed left laying there after battery check. Grease on drivers side interior door handle. No fault of Zack, he was on the phone with another customer and unable to help me. After waiting outside of his office for a few minutes a woman grabbed my key and paperwork out of Zack's office and had to find someone else to help me check out. Just seemed unnecessary to me. I would like Zack to remain my service advisor. More
I recently went in to Gateway Chevrolet for an oil change and was told my battery needed to be replaced. After confirming it was still under warranty, I was surprised to learn I would still be charged $49.95 and was told my battery needed to be replaced. After confirming it was still under warranty, I was surprised to learn I would still be charged $49.95 for labor to install it. Charging labor on a warranty-covered battery replacement feels unreasonable-especially for something as simple as swapping out a battery, which my husband could have done in minutes. Service prices are becoming excessive and what's even more disappointing is how casually these charges are presented, as if customers shouldn't question them. More
