Just bought our car a couple weeks ago. Ask for a third key fob. They said no, we have to buy it. $300 for parts $250 for programming. Ridiculous! They also tried to charge us a shop fee of like $39, I asked what is this for, and they said for use of the equipment and their rags. xx! They never told us about this stupid excessive shop charge which should be part of the service on an overly expensive key fob that we should have gotten included with our car. Got the runaround for quite a while from the girl at the desk and for Matthew. But Matthew finally took off the shop charge! Very unhappy and very doubtful we'll have any service there ever again. Also the key cover fell off somehow and the shop said we had to pay for it and the install, and another shop charge again!? Are they crazy! We just bought a car and parts should not be just falling off. This place sucks! And I will tell everybody I know about it! More

My service advisor, Judy, did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I was able to bring my car in for diagnosis and repairs within just two days, which was impressive. Although informed throughout the entire process. I was able to bring my car in for diagnosis and repairs within just two days, which was impressive. Although the location was a bit farther than I would have preferred, the wait times at other dealerships were extremely long, so it was well worth it. I was very pleased with how quickly Gateway handled servicing and repairing my engine. More
