Zero stars. Terrible. After 3 weeks, $3200, my truck drove 5 miles and broke down. I didn't even make it home. Had it towed back to them immediately. Was told t Terrible. After 3 weeks, $3200, my truck drove 5 miles and broke down. I didn't even make it home. Had it towed back to them immediately. Was told that when they pulled it into the service bay, it "seized". A result of their work. The Service manager refused to fix it or refund what I paid. What?!? So now they expect let to give them thousands of dollars for new engine? Seriously? This place is criminal, and I'll be seeing them in court. After looking into their customer reviews , I am not surprised. I made the mistake of not vetting them because I always had my vehicles serviced there when Joe Gambino owned it. Never a problem. Wasn't aware of the change of ownership until it was too late. Stear clear Ken Garff anything. More
