This reactive communication makes it difficult to plan accordingly while my vehicle remains out of service. At this stage, I am requesting the following moving forward: A consistent daily update earlier in the day regarding repair status Clear communication on parts availability and any delays A firm and realistic estimated completion timeline Reconsideration of transportation assistance (loaner or rental), given the ongoing downtime As this is a warranty-covered transmission issue, I expect a more proactive level of communication and service throughout the repair process. If communication and progress do not improve, I will be escalating this matter with General Motors Customer Assistance to ensure proper resolution. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Was told issue was the fault of aftermarket parts causing damage and new rear chassis harness was needed. Upon disassembly, found connectors still disconnected.
