DISHONEST DON'T GO THERE/SHOP AROUND IT WAS MY SON GRADUATION WENT I VISIT THEM THEY HAD THE USED CAR WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN THE DARK DIRTY. I WAS NOT ABLE TO NOTICED THE CONDITIONS. THEY ASSURE ME THE CAR WAS GOING TO BE DETAIL AND SERVICE FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY FRIDAY I WAS CONTACT BY THE SALES REP TO LET ME KNOW THE CAR WASN'T TO BE READY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY "SATURDAY "GRADUATION, WE WERE RUNNING OUT OF TIME I SENT MY SON TO PICK UP THE CAR AND SIGN DURING THE CEREMONY, SO I NEVER GOT TO SEE THE CAR AS WE WANTED TO DO. I TRUST THEM THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US . THEY ALSO MAKE MY SON BELIEVED THAT THE ONLY WAY HE CAN BE FINANCE WILL BE BY GETTING THE WARRANTY ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO DO. AFTER THE CEREMONY WE, I GOT TO SEE THE CAR SCRATCHES PAINT MARKS BROKEN TAIL LIGHT WATER ON THE FRONT LIGHT STAINS ON THE SEATS DAMAGED BUMPER...THEY SHOULD BE ASHEN FOR SELLING A CAR LIGHT THAT THEY LIE TO US AND TOOK ADVANTAGE..IF THEY CONSIDER TO BE HONEST I ASKED THEY THE CAR BACK DAVE JON AND JOSEPH THEY ALL DISHONEST SHAME ON GATEWAY CHEVROLET.... Needed an oil change and tire rotation done. I did have to come back because when the tire rotation was done I got a notice that my left front tire was low. I checked the tire and it was full. I guess when "they" rotated my tires not all of them were "set" to show tire pressure. Once I was back that problem was taken care of. Besides a slight "error" of not setting all the tires the job was done to my satisfaction. More

Great Customer Service on purchase of Luggage Carrier Because the cross bars on my 2018 Suburban would not accommodate mounting of my Rocketbox Car-top Luggage Carrier, I had to purchase a new one. I che Because the cross bars on my 2018 Suburban would not accommodate mounting of my Rocketbox Car-top Luggage Carrier, I had to purchase a new one. I checked with GM about using my Loyalty Points and got vouchers to use to discount the significant price of a new one. I called Jesse in Parts and he found the carrier that would fit the Suburban. Miguel in Service coordinated the installation, and John in Service installed it and showed me how to put it on and take it off. And thanks to the people at the Cashier's desk for taking my GM Loyalty Points vouchers and getting me $135 off the price! I am a very happy customer. Jim B. Phoenix, AZ More

Ordered online parts for dealer install I ordered online parts on monday and got the parts in to the dealer by the end of the week and got an oil change done on saturday and the dealer was a I ordered online parts on monday and got the parts in to the dealer by the end of the week and got an oil change done on saturday and the dealer was awesome and got the parts installed the same day as the oil change and saved me tons of time and extra trips. i just realized they lied about all the financing.. We purchased a car for 19k dealer droped it to 17500 because of damages, put 1000 down so car was at 16500 plus taxes and fess pretty sure is was no m We purchased a car for 19k dealer droped it to 17500 because of damages, put 1000 down so car was at 16500 plus taxes and fess pretty sure is was no more than 19k again we juyst called the bank and they finaced 25400.00 we never agreed on 25k used chiped paint car.. Im not going to waist my time arguing all im a say is im a get lawyer and let them figure it out!! Finance breach.. I really left the dealer feeling good and happy because the sales team was been really cool and helpful.. I specifically told the manager I dont care about months I just have to make sure im buying the car under 19k total ratssssss More
