Dealership sells used vehicles with bad brakes DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. If you buy a used vehicle they do not stand behind there sales even if you buy all of their warranty's. I purchased DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. If you buy a used vehicle they do not stand behind there sales even if you buy all of their warranty's. I purchased a used 2013 Silverado. I drove it for two days and took it back for bad brakes. They said they FIXED the problems but it still had severe problems and they refused to complete any repairs. I took the truck to a good mechanic for the repairs. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP More

My horrible experience with Gateway Chevrolet Gateway Chevrolet is the most dishonest business I have ever had the displeasure of doing business. My used car salesman (Ajay) lied about the featur Gateway Chevrolet is the most dishonest business I have ever had the displeasure of doing business. My used car salesman (Ajay) lied about the features of the Car I bought. The finance guy (Nick) lied about the cost of the extended warranty. The customer service guy (Paul) tried to help me get the car with features I wanted so Donald in Sales offered me a new 2018 from another Dealership, just 4 months before the 2020 models get released, for full sticker price of over $27,000. I found that car on my own and could have purchased it for $17,900. Finally, the Service Department refused to provide warranty maintenance. I took the car to a different dealership that eagerly provided the warranty maintenance and could not understand why Gateway refused to do it. More

Great Prices, Not So Great Attitude We drove six hours to visit this dealership because we had shopped around and they had the best price for the vehicle we were looking for. When we got there, we test drove our vehicle and we sat down to do paperwork. After a couple of hours our salesman disappeared and started working with another couple. He basically ignored us the rest of the time we were there. We asked about the status of our application. He went into the office and then never informed us. After a hours of waiting, we decided to leave and we were not told anything about the status of our application. Our salesman didn't even tell us bye. We went back, again they had the vehicle for significantly cheaper. We ended up driving away with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. If it were not for the vehicle being so cheap, we would not have gone back. They didn't have a great attitude and it seemed that they could care less if they earned our business or not. More
