Quick process, friendly staff. I’d would have given 5 stars except for one single instance that upset me. Was a cash customer with no finance needed, they asked for my SSN and addre I’d would have given 5 stars except for one single instance that upset me. Was a cash customer with no finance needed, they asked for my SSN and address for a background check, part of anti money laundering rules... I asked “just a background check right?” They said yes, no need to pull credit as I didn’t need finance... 30 seconds later my iPhone lights up like a Christmas Tree with experian and equifax alerts, 10 points knocked off my credit score. Apparently the checker did a credit pull as he assumed it was finance, I’m trying to fix my credit score, will be there for another 2 years... no way to fix that. Ridiculous wait Time. I’m new to the area and made a appointment to have my car get an oil change and serviced and it took 4 hours. I asked prior to dropping off the adviso I’m new to the area and made a appointment to have my car get an oil change and serviced and it took 4 hours. I asked prior to dropping off the advisor said an hour and a 1/2 and I was like that’s long, but whatever. After 2 hours they didn’t even bring my car in to begin. I said to the representative checking people in what’s the purpose of making an appointment if your they are going to take the people first with no appointment. More

3 hours for an Oil Change !!! What a waste of time I had a PRE-SCHEDULED appointment for an Oil Change at Gateway Chevy Service Center. And it too THREE (3) HOURS for a simple oil change. Won't go BACK Had my 2014 in for a major service $1010.00 Trans, radiator coolant, Fuel injectors / rail clean, Differential, Oil and filter change & cab filter, Et Had my 2014 in for a major service $1010.00 Trans, radiator coolant, Fuel injectors / rail clean, Differential, Oil and filter change & cab filter, Etc. The hole ball of wax. Two weeks later right rear break start squealing tears up rotor turns it to a $500 rear only Brake Job. You would thing they would say something that you need to do rear brakes instead of not saying it when they did the service and are supposes to do the total safety inspection But not a word. So when I take it in for the brake problem I all so tell them theirs a recall on the power break boost censer setting and to do it as well. Then they call me and say the left motor mount is broken a $800 repair I said I'll shop it. I go to pick the truck up and there is nothing on my invoice referring to the motor mount and didn't show any thing about fixing/ doing the recall work so I asked. He tells me Oh I for got to put that down on the work order. So long story short when they are all over the truck they say nothing about the breaks and when they are do the rear breaks they see a broken motor mount. lets see working on rear breaks what the heck are the looking at the motor mounts for? and then not put it down on the invoice Wont go BACK More
