Came in for a truck service from so called professionals Came in to get my vehicle service by the dealership itself. Only because who can take care of my vehicle better than them, right . Wrong. After the tire rotation, they didn’t put on the lug nuts cap on. So now only 2 out of the 4 are on. This is not the first time xxxx like this happens. Last time the crew left a bottle of a chemical used to clean the vehicle on the back seat where it spilled all over and stained the seat. I have tried contacting the employees who took my vehicle in for servicing for 3 days and it goes to voicemail after being transferred. What’s going on?!!!! More

Took to long I took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation with an appointment at 11. They said it would be around 2 hours for the oil change and an hour for a recall. I excepted to be done at 3 the latest. They called me at 615 to go pick up the truck. I got there an the tire rotation wasn’t done to the truck. I told them and they said you can bring it Monday to do it. They had already charged me for the tire rotation. Why not do it. More

Ok Review Since all my experiences from the work that was supposed to be done with the car, with my radio, or mic, I would not let gateway do any service to my Since all my experiences from the work that was supposed to be done with the car, with my radio, or mic, I would not let gateway do any service to my car, just oil changes, why, because they will just say, call general motors, that is the perception that I get from this dealership. not willing to go above and beyond, and giving me a rental when they are not supposed to, is not going above and beyond, that is doing your job, but overall the oil changed took forever 3 hours when I used to do them within a hour and then mike telling me that they put my keys at his old desk for how long, this place is unorganized, More
