Sales department was good. Finance was pushy After I agreed to deal, i was sent to finance to finalize the deal. I told him i did not want anything but gap. He then looked at me like i was a moron for turning down the warranty and maintenance plan that is extremely overpriced. My credit score was pretty good. I have a 721 score. He told me my rate was 6.99. With my credit that is way too high. I did not know that I could shop the rate for a lower one. They took advantage of me. I then bought gap insurance for $900. That is really high also. I didn't know that you could get than cheaper also. They again took advantage of me. I wonder how many people they do that to. Alot of buyers don't know any better. It is my fault for signing the paper. I will never go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. EVER!! More

"We'll have you in and out of here within an hour - hour and a half" 4.5 hours "Yeah we can get you that out-the-door price, just come on in" When I go in "We can't get you that price, we're already losing $1700 on this deal" When we test drive the vehicle, AC is not blowing "We'll get that fixed for you" Sit and wait for a couple hours after delivering payment "So.. we don't have the part for it and you'll need to pick up the vehicle tomorrow" You couldn't figure that out before making me wait? And the AC just went out this morning after having it a day but I'd rather pay a shop to get it fixed instead of going to this location again. I dreaded having to go into the dealership due to the stigma this industry has and went in with low expectations and they were actually worse than expected. Once they have your money in hand, they could care less about you. More

Rocky start, good finish We had made a deal with an internet salesman, but had to come in on his day off. After working with the staff that was supposed to be familiar with t We had made a deal with an internet salesman, but had to come in on his day off. After working with the staff that was supposed to be familiar with the deal, they came back with completely different numbers. We left infuriated, after being handed off to 6 different salesmen within the 2 and a half hours we were there, and no one knowing exactly what the deal was, they didn't even have the car we made the deal on (they had loaned it to an employee, after confirming with us that the car would be there when we arrived). Test drove another "new" vehicle, but it had been used as the loaner vehicle, which had 2000 miles on it already. The third vehicle was one that was supposed to be in the shop (recall for left lower control arms). Test drove a final vehicle and settled on that one. That's when we were supposed to make the deal. The next day the original salesman and his manager called us to find out what went wrong, as they saw we ended up not buying. They told us they would honor the original deal on the car chosen the day before. Test drove it to make sure it was still working, then sat down and made the deal made previously. Evan and Robert were great and helped us get into an awesome new car. More

Get your system correct My mother and I have two separate cars that we bring to this service center and yet you cannot seem to get our information correct. When I take my car My mother and I have two separate cars that we bring to this service center and yet you cannot seem to get our information correct. When I take my car in, it gets put under my mothers name (which you even mixed up our middle names) and when she takes her car in you have it under my name. I have spoken up about this issue several times and yet no one has taken any initiative to fix any of it. Only I purchased my car at this dealership, and every time we come in we put our correct information in but your system messes it up and it’s very annoying. If I didn’t have a warranty with this dealership I would take my car elsewhere. More

Service was okay, just okay I feel like wasn't very impressed with dealership. My sales man was a little rude. He was going on and on about himself. Before we got there we contacted the dealership about a vehicle and ask them to text us with some information on it, and to not call because we were at work and they did the exact opposite. Following this we received three phone calls! We were very upset that we were so specific on what we needed and for them to completely disregard what we said was quite irritating. Also we asked for a different salesman than we originally talked to because we weren't very fond of the first one that we spoke with on the phone and instead of them getting a different salesman we got the same exact one. Overall we did end up getting a good deal but on a customer service level things were terrible. More
