Mis Communication I was told my daughter had 2 free oil changes in a voice mail I still have. And told her at least she got a free new battery when he told her she had a default battery on the phone. I'm never bringing my business back here. More
Great first appointment Recently moved to AZ so I had to find a new Chevy dealer for our Silverado and Malibu service. The check in process was quick and painless. Great surprise in the morning. Large and comfortable waiting area with a big screen TV. Waited about 90 minutes for a oil change/tire rotation which was completely acceptable seeing as my last dealer discouraged waiting. It was just enough time to enjoy some donuts/coffee and walk around the lot admiring all the new models. More

Replace dead battery, warranty. My Colorado battery died on my wife while out shopping and I couldn't jump it with my car. The guy showed up with a little jumper battery, it had to be connected a few minutes to get it to start. I drove it over to the dealership and John fit me in to get the battery replaced per my warranty. More

I just need you all to fix the rebate issue on my airbag/recall from 2016 that still hasn't been resolved. That's the only thing you all won't schedule and I don't know why.
