He was very helpful, had the car we were interested in pulled up and ready for a test drive when we got there. (I recommend Daniel highly - ask for him by name.) The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars was because once the decision was made and we had agreed-up terms, it took almost 2 hours for them to do the paperwork, which I thought was ridiculous. Once a deal is done, DO THE PAPERWORK NOW! Don't make the buyer wait around for two hours! Other than that - it was easy to do business with Daniel at Gateway Chevrolet. More

She knew what we came in to look at and made sure we were comfortable with the the whole process from beginning to end. The facility was clean and most all employees were wearing masks. Very disappointed that they are more focused on getting money for their “ extras” that are the hidden highly inflated costs. I had a great salesman who told me I had safety featured it turned out I did not, after I filled out my survey stating this, they called to see if they could make it right as they had another vehicle that had the features I was supposed have, after I went down to see if we could make it right, they totally tried to pull a fast one and charge me again for about 1400 worth of costs I just paid for that they would turn around and charge the person buying my first vehicle for a week later. I was so upset to have spend even more time there only to be essentially screwed over for the second time. My next vehicle won’t be from here and won’t be a Chevy. I Wk very disappointed they chose not to make it right. More

After 24 hours still frustrated First, I went online found a vehicle. I received contact through text, set up an appointment because I live 5 hours away. He never responded when I confirmed my appointment. Another sales guy helped me. But, I sat there all afternoon. Apparently, the vehicle wasn't cleared with the title. So, I wasn't able to take the vehicle. They gave me a loaner, because my ride left. I had to spend the night. I was suppose to be reimbursed that didn't happen. It was a mess. The next day I went back. They were again clueless. I spent another few more hours waiting. Because they lost the vehicle. Finally, I was able to get back home. I am trying to get insurance, the loan isn't posted yet. I never had such a horrible car buying experience in my life. More
