My salesman, Ernie, met me out front and immediately started asking qbout what I was looking for and what would work best for my family. I was originally there to look at Blazers, however, Ernie led me to the Traverse and I couldn't be more thankful for that. We ended up buying our first family vehicel two days later. Ernie and Jeremy worked with me for two days and stayed in touch until we worked out a deal. Ernie stuck with us late into the night, even when we couldn't get out insurance info straightened out just to make sure we got to drive our new car home. Thanks Gateway! I can't wait until it's time to buy our next family vehicle! More

Absolutely horrible experience with my salesman not knowing what comes equipped with a car. I bought a car with him telling me it had certain safety features trusting he knew what he was talking about knowing what comes equipped with a car. I bought a car with him telling me it had certain safety features trusting he knew what he was talking about only to find out it doesn’t. Now I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t do what I need it to do and the best they can do is offer a full gas tank. To me that is absolutely horrible way to treat a customer. More

New vehicle purchase I honestly regret purchasing my new vechice from this dealership. I feel that once I drove off with my vehicle, they washed their hands free of me as a customer. I left multiple messages for follow up questions and over a 2 week span I never got a call back. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and not a voice mail and had 2 of my 3 questions answered. I purchased on June 27th, today is July 14th and I still have one follow up question pending. I left a mesaage yesterday at 10 am and as of today 25 hours later no call back. I am truely disappointed with the service, customer service and regret going to Gateway Chevrolet. This is not my first first car pruchase and the other 2 dealership I have purchased from previously have been highly recommended in my surveys. More

The people we dealt with seemed legit and to care, but we are very disappointed in the interest rate we where given. They did not appear to shop around and find us the best rate, just forced us to go with yo are very disappointed in the interest rate we where given. So we where gonna walk and wait, but they worked us into staying with a slightly lower, still to high, interest rate and GAP. Though the people were nice, we have had better overall experiences at other dealerships. More
