Oil change Acct. rep forgot I was waiting for vehicle and had to remind them about my appt. and that I was there. From start to finish it took 3 hrs. to complet Acct. rep forgot I was waiting for vehicle and had to remind them about my appt. and that I was there. From start to finish it took 3 hrs. to complete an oil change when I had an appt.? Also very expensive. Acct. rep gave me a discount for having to wait so long and his error in forgetting I was there, still paid a little over $50 for an oil change. More

I normally like coming here although I usually explore other options before scheduling anything here due to the cost of service here. But this last time may have impacted any future visits. I scheduled an other options before scheduling anything here due to the cost of service here. But this last time may have impacted any future visits. I scheduled an oil change for my wife's car thinking it would help the wait time but after scheduling the 1010a slot I ended up leaving there until 1p! The rep helping me was new so ill leave his name out cause you can tell he was a bit uncomfortable altogether but he informed me that they would be done before lunch. After a couple hours I went back to ask if he had an update for me he said he'd go check and get back to me. After 15 mins passed he then told me they were wrapping things up and would be out shortly. After 30 mins they came to get me and I was out. He didn't review anything from their usual inspection but I was a bit frustrated so I didn't ask either. I get home and notice the fan remained on as if it was overheating and I also noticed some oil on my driveway. I finally called Zach who is someone I trust there at Gateway and informed him of my experience. He asked that I bring the car back and he would have them take a look. I went back out to check the car again and popped the hood and noticed a cable the leads to a sensor was left unplugged? I just feel that if I decide to pay a bit more for service I expect a better product. Don't feel like I got it this time and possibly affect my decision making when it comes to future maintenance visits. More

I am very disappointed with my service. First my hat goes off to Jay because through all the craziness and disappointment with this transaction he always tried to make it better. Initially my husband went in off to Jay because through all the craziness and disappointment with this transaction he always tried to make it better. Initially my husband went in to look at a whit Silverado 1500. After a test drive and getting approved and signing off on it we were told truck was sold to another customer from underneath us. Then after saying we are done a manager comes out says he can get us into another vehicle that we really didn’t want but after him telling us we would get the tint and having auto start with a slight price change in payment my husband and I were willing to buy to only get vehicle delivered almost 4 hours past schedule time it was supposed to be delivered and not having neither things we were told truck would have. Super disappointed in transaction and the customer service received More
