I had made an appointment to bring my 2013 Equinox in for an oil change, etc., safety inspection and to take care of a recall item on the vehicle. Upon arriving at the appointment time, I was met by someone who checked me in and let my service advisor know I was there. He showed up within a few minutes, let me know about how long it would take and how much the cost would be. A couple of hours later, the work was completed and the service advisor explained to me what had been done and informed me of any other work due on my next visit. I paid the bill and left. Very efficient and uncomplicated. Also, I felt comfortable in the waiting area with the precautions taken in regards to the seating with distancing etc. More
