As with any car sales, there is always some negotiation that is done. I found on this purchase that things went pretty smooth. Very little negotiation had to be done. The service advisor was wonderful when we dropped of the Blazer. We left it overnight to give them plenty of time for the “courtesy wash“ but wen when we picked it up the next morning the advisor we were wo Blazer. It seemed like no one would help my wife because it wasn’t their ticket. After asking around she finally got someone to help her get the blazer and when they brought out the car it had water spots all over it. Why wash it if you don’t dry it off. The same thing happened when I had my truck serviced. I called to talk to someone about it and got no answer so i left a message with the receptionist and still no callbacks? More
Called to see if I need to make an appointment for an oil change on Saturday, was told I had to, made the appointment, get an email saying it was canceled day before, call to see why, dumb xxx who took my in change on Saturday, was told I had to, made the appointment, get an email saying it was canceled day before, call to see why, dumb xxx who took my info put in the wrong number, so when they texted to confirm that person of course canceled. Now have to make another appointment a week out, show up at scheduled time only to be told it will be 2 hrs before they get to my car, xxx is the point of making an appointment just to sit for 2 hrs? Also told no appointment necessary on Saturday if it’s just an oil change. Was going to just take my car somewhere else since I didn’t have time to sit for 2 hrs and one of the guys stepped in and got my car in right away, great! While waiting, of course they try to get you to change/buy xxxx you don’t need without even looking at the filters, we had changed the cabin and air filter already and had they taken the time to look they would have clearly seen they were brand new. I miss the old days when they actually brought the dirty filter to show you it definitely needed changed, instead they just go by what’s recommended, never check anything and just try to sell you crap.
