So, at that time I just told the Customer Service Representative that I will be in Saturday afternoon and that I no longer could wait for them to service my vehicle. I’m an Outside Sales Representative and I need my vehicle for work, so not having it for a week while it sat in the shop, not being serviced, screwed me for work.
