Not too happy with the service provided. I set an appointment for my truck to be serviced on Tuesday, September 24th and was informed Thursday, September 26th that they still haven’t service I set an appointment for my truck to be serviced on Tuesday, September 24th and was informed Thursday, September 26th that they still haven’t serviced the vehicle, but we’re hoping to have a technician work on it Friday, September 27th. Then, I was contacted on Friday, September 27th and told they still hadn’t even touched my vehicle. So, at that time I just told the Customer Service Representative that I will be in Saturday afternoon and that I no longer could wait for them to service my vehicle. I’m an Outside Sales Representative and I need my vehicle for work, so not having it for a week while it sat in the shop, not being serviced, screwed me for work. In summary, I’m completely unsatisfied with the service provided or lack of service provided. More

I can confidently say my recent purchase from Gateway Chevy was outstanding. Marc, my salesperson, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was when I had an accident with my previous lease right before returning it. Marc didn’t hesitate—he helped me get the car to the body shop and made sure everything was handled smoothly. On top of that, he even came in on his day off to assist with purchasing my new car, which shows his dedication to customer service. Marc also shared a valuable tip when I mentioned I had just paid for a new year of registration on my old lease. He explained that in Arizona, I could get credit back by returning the license plate to the DMV after leasing a new car. That kind of knowledge really stood out and saved me some money. Because of this excellent experience, I’m planning to work with Marc again in the near future for a second car for my wife.
