The beginning and sale process with Jose was efficient and great. The getting into finance and delivery was a 3 hour process when the dealership was empty. That process needs to be repaired asap. My car was in the shop for lifters replacement. It took almost two weeks sitting there as one of the service reps resigned and my car was lost in the shuffle. When I did get my Tahoe back, it was f It took almost two weeks sitting there as one of the service reps resigned and my car was lost in the shuffle. When I did get my Tahoe back, it was filthy on the inside and even had rain spots on the dash. It looks like they left my windows open while it was raining. After driving my car, the engine hesitated and I had to take it back. They then said it needed spark plugs and wires. After $4000 worth of work covered by my extended warranty but still having to pay a $200 deductible, I then had to go back for another $400 bill. I have taken my 2017 Silverado there, my 2019 Cruze, and now my Tahoe and each time have left dissatisfied and feeling like I had to pay alot more than the initial quote. I’m done with this place.
