Customer service with Nate was wonderful. He was informative and tried to ease my worries. About a month ago, I was seen to get some service done and filter replacement was one of those thin He was informative and tried to ease my worries. However, at this service- I was recommended to get the same exact filters replaced along with the requested oil change. It's been less than a whole month since I spent xxxx amount of money just to be told I need to replace the same exact parts. That was the unsettling part. More

The staff does a good job, but the mirror they replaced that had problems is still having problems.
