The salesman I bought the ruck from was a nice guy but lacked product knowledge. I had a small issue and called the service department 2 times the person talked to couldn’t help me and told she would hav lacked product knowledge. Needless to say I was a little fired up. The next day I drove to the dealership (35 miles each way) when I drove up a nice young man (Jose Gonzalez) greeted me and if he could help me. I asked to talk to the salesman who sold me the vehicle. The salesman was off. Again he asked me if he could help me. I told what the issue was and he took the time to explain everything and the issue was fixed. The point is even though my experience with the salesman and especially the service department wasn’t good I would recommend Jose to anyone who wanted to purchase a Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable and an asset to your dealership..after my experience with Jose I would change my rating to 5 stars ⭐️ only because of Jose. More

Marc was wonderful. It is a car dealership so you are going to get approached the moment you exit your vehicle, which I do not like, but Marc was respectful of our space It is a car dealership so you are going to get approached the moment you exit your vehicle, which I do not like, but Marc was respectful of our space when we arrived. I did not expect to be able to leave with a vehicle, but I am surprised and happy that the team was able to create something for me. The payment was significantly higher than anticipated. There was a little confusion about where the keys were located as well as what cars were available, but it all worked out. I appreciate it and will refer. A lot of of my information was sent over to Jeremy, but I worked with Jose as well as Erasmo and they were great, but it would’ve been nice to also shake Jeremy‘s hand just to put a face to the name. That is only why I used four stars instead of five. Buying a vehicle when you least expect it can be a high anxiety feeling so it helps to meet everyone involved. Thanks again. More

Him and his financing team (specially the new financing manager) that from the moment I clicked interested online to the time I left the dealership. Once parts were verified in stock and when I showed up the service writer, Liz Diaz told me it was too late in the day and they would probably not be able to make the repairs that day. When I told her that’s not excitable since the appointment was made by them and I did not live near the dealer as I was only there for the replacement items promised during the purchase of the car, she became very rude and short with me. She said she had no idea I was scheduled that day and was only finding out about it at that time. What she didn’t know was the the employee who approached me when I pulled in asked if he could help me, when I showed him my paperwork he said yes I saw your appointment on the schedule, let me get the service writer assigned to this which was Liz Diaz. I would not recommend taking your vehicle there for repairs. More
