The new Rick was great. I normally don’t answer calls from the dealer just because I feel like they’re trying to sell something all the time but this time was different. I have The VIP car care plan and took my truck in for a “Delivery Detail Freshen Up W/Sealant Application” that’s included with the plan I waited 2 hours for them to give me the truck back only too see the “Delivery Detail Freshen Up W/Sealant Application” that’s included with the plan I waited 2 hours for them to give me the truck back only too see they didn’t clean anything at all.
