Sales department is great easiest truck I have ever bought. I would recommend buying the vehicle there and not deal with there service department at all. Mind you I bought it from gateway. Was promised a check the week of Thanksgiving and still have not received my refund. I even called John the manager for the service department. I also bought another OEM part that was delivered in unacceptable condition. Still have not resolved that issue either. More

I contacted Justin on Thursday about noon, we visited back &forth most all day. I boarded a plane at 10:00 am in Lubbock Tx & landed in Phoenix at 2:00.
