Bought a car within 2 weeks needed a 4000 part, at first they were not going to replace it since it's another vehicle other than chevy. They decided it would be the right thing to do and fixed it. Celina my sales associate was helpful but the experience was awful. I made the deal over the phone and drove two hours to find the truck I wanted to buy had not been detailed and was damaged. I asked Celina, prior to driving down, to have the truck ready to drive away. She assured me it was. The manager wanted me to sign the paperwork for the truck and said I could come back in two weeks after the required body work was completed...yeah right! I was walking out the door without a vehicle when an identical truck was located on the lot less the bed liner that was installed, at my request, on my first choice. The same manager said he would pay for the bed liner for the the second truck. I told him I wasn't willing to drive back down and again was walking out the door. The manager said he would pay for the bed liner wherever I was willing to get it done. I purchased the truck received a promissory note to have the bed liner installed and left with my new truck. A week later I set up the bed liner install for less than the $500 that was allotted and asked a check be sent to me made out to the installation company. Celina said a manager would have that done but as of today I haven't heard from anybody or received a check. Gateway Chevrolet is no different than any other dealership...they make promises and jerk you around. More

Not only was the salesman the best and I highly recommend him but John Elian the sales manager was also fantastic!! He stepped in on the deal to make sure they were doing all they could to earn my business and they went over and above what I expected! All of the folks at the dealership seemed like friendly and dedicated to your satisfaction professionals, I would highly recommend this dealership and these two individuals! More
