This service center needs work with communication and customer satisfaction, I had to come back three times to have the issues resolved. The first day I waited in the lobby, approximately six hours after customer satisfaction, I had to come back three times to have the issues resolved. The first day I waited in the lobby, approximately six hours after getting anxious and upset I realized the vehicle was parked out front, and no one had tried to communicate with me, or tell me that they would be needing it overnight. They Claimed they needed 30 minutes to an hour to Inspect it. Why I waited six hours, and personally had to discover the vehicle parked outside? I’m not sure. I assume it was due to miscommunication due to the fact that the original service tech was gone by the time I came back to ask about my vehicle, He had passed my information to someone else, and they failed to notify me as I waited in the lobby. They told me to come back the next day and everything would be done. The next day came I waited around four hours for them to tell me they would be needing my vehicle overnight again. They returned the vehicle with major scratches all over my glove box and passenger Foot siding. I think it’s fair to mention I had only owned the vehicle for two weeks after purchasing it directly from them. The sales team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, but unfortunately, it was a nightmare to deal with the service techs. More

We bought 2024 Equinox in October. Yesterday I brought it to dealership for the first oil change. A nice gentleman had us pull inside service garage and we were told to leave keys inside vehicle and were pointed towards waiting area. About 5 minutes later a woman by name of Ann comes towards me saying "Is that your Equinox? Are we just supposed to know what to do with it?? Our rules here are you stand by your vehicle and WAIT until someone approaches you and you explain to them what is being serviced!" At this time 4 other people in waiting area are staring at me & my son! I kindly explained we had a 2 pm appointment and we were told what to do with keys and where to go. I thought we were expected and service department should know exactly why a 2024 Equinox is there. They booked us! Long story short, once our warranty is done we will buy our next new vehicle at a different dealership in Fargo with friendlier staff :) More
