First of all, I cannot express the fantastic service I received at this Dealership. From the second I stepped into the service area until the second I drove away. I am from Iowa and had major issues wit received at this Dealership. From the second I stepped into the service area until the second I drove away. I am from Iowa and had major issues with my 2008 Impala. I was directed to Tyler Walker and was treated like a valued customer from there on out. I won't go into the lengths that Tyler and the crew at Gateway took to make sure I was completely satisfied, but to sum it up------FIRST CLASS----- I would recommend anyone with car problems to take it to Gateway Chevrolet. I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 30 years and I hope I show the same level of service to my customers as the people at Gateway.
