It was horrible!!! I was told my service was covered inter warranty when I scheduled the appointment. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was charged $60 and told it w I was told my service was covered inter warranty when I scheduled the appointment. So Thankful Last week I had my vehicle in the service center for a check engine light and a boat motor like noise. I was called by an advisor at 4:25pm stating my Last week I had my vehicle in the service center for a check engine light and a boat motor like noise. I was called by an advisor at 4:25pm stating my vehicle repairs were done and they would send a ride right away. At 4:55pm I was still waiting for my courtesy ride and called back, they stated that the courtesy vehicle was again on their way. At 5:17pm after waiting for almost an hour for a ride, I called back again and they stated that the courtesy vehicle had just arrived back and they would send them right away. At that time I was offered a ride by a coworker and I accepted as I no longer had faith that the courtesy vehicle was on their way. Once I arrived at the service center at 5:35pm, there was no one there in the Service Center to check me out so that I could get on my way to picking my children up at daycare which closed at 6pm. Once the one individual still working in the service center arrived I told him my frustrations and he apologized and said that someone was on vacation so that is why they were not timely. I feel it had nothing to do with the drivers but the service center themselves and giving me the run around, and on top of that after spending $230+ on repairs, my vehicle still made the noise that I brought it in for. Follow-Up: I had filled out this review the following day and got a call that same day. The service manager was so polite and apologized for the mix up, offered to refund me my money and scheduled an appointment for my vehicle for the following Monday to re-look at the noise, and they even brought a rental to me and picked up my vehicle. I know it was far from their fault that I got the run around regarding the courtesy ride, but he made me feel so much better as far as my vehicle's maintenance being in their hands. Service deparment is horrible! I took my truck into have some warranty work done. Mike tried to get me to change every fluid in the vehicle before they would work on it. Since I declined they would not replace the sensor that was under warranty and said to see if it faults again and then maybe they would look at it. I will NEVER be bringing a vehicle back there again. More

Service I took my Equinox in for an oil change and to have the heating checked. Sidney Sather, Customer Relations & Service, was courteous and professional. She kept me updated as they diagnosed the problem and phoned multiple times to let me know the status of the repair. And the best part, the broken part/repair was covered under special coverage. Poor customer service We had been trying to get and appt for service (check engine lite) and then we were going to get an oil change. for over a week. So this afternoon i w We had been trying to get and appt for service (check engine lite) and then we were going to get an oil change. for over a week. So this afternoon i went in just to get the oil change, We had a appt to get the check engine lite checked on Monday morning. I asked the "check in" guy for the quick lube specifically if the oil change would be covered under the warranty because i knew were close to the limit and he said yes. When it came time to pay the bill I was told we were 200 miles over the warranty and that i would have to pay the FULL price for the oil change. I spoke to the Service Manager "Dan" who said with a shrug - cant do nothing about it. So i paid the bill and left. I will be sure that anyone that will listen will hear about the service at "GATEWAY IN FARGO" - I was mislead too and then the so called MGR dos not try to resolve the situation at all. Edit: I was to mad to notice till this morning that the service guys got into the car without paper on the floor and anything covering the seats - So now the carpet floor mats are all marked up with grease and so are the seats. This has been one big mess. More

I was driving through Fargo on a multi-state business trip and stopped into Gateway. I'm glad I did. I pulled into the service bay at 5 in the afternoon, on a Friday, and explained my situation to David Miranda. He told me to relax, grab some coffee, and that they'd have me set to go in 10 minutes...and he was right. They had no incentive to help me (the recall fix was free and I explained that I lived in Vermont...so I wouldn't ever be back), but they did and they treated me like I was a longtime customer. Thank you. More

Told me it would be 4 hours took over 5 didn't call me when it was ready, and waited 20 minutes for my car to just get pulled up! And they blamed it being cold and having to warm up. Sorry but my car doesn't take 20 to get fog off. On top of that they pulled up and they where all still fogged and my car was freezing. Yeah way to go with the dishonesty. Will only take my car to luther now. Should have listened to my husband he loves taking his car their. Wish I didn't have to give them even a one star. More
