We do apologize I believe there has been a misunderstanding here, when you had brought your vehicle in Mike had recommended the fluid services due to your mileage. But as far as refusing the service we needed to start with an oil change due to the fact that you had the incorrect type of oil in your vehicle and you were about a quart low, before we could even say the sensor was bad or faulty. I do apologize again for the mix up and our service director will be in touch shortly this week, thank you!

They read the oil change sticker wrong, it did not need an oil change with less than a 1000 miles since it had been done. Also the oil was low because they removed the oil filter to check the pressure. As I have not heard anything yet, I take your silence as how you deal with issues you messed up on.

I apologize on how long it took to get an appointment and get in, our shop is usually pretty busy. I do also apologize for the miscommunication with our greeter in quick lube, as far as the warranty oil change is concerned there really isn't anything we can do as far as GM is concerned, also i believe our service manager Luke had reached out to you, not sure as why you were under the impression Dan was the service manager, but if there is anything we can do to try and fix the messy carpet or seats please just let us know so we can try and help get this resolved!
