Best Service Center In Town Gateway is our go to service center. We have had our Chevy and Nissan in to both service departments several times and have never felt like they were Gateway is our go to service center. Alignment When stopping in for an oil change last week I received a complimentary alignment check which showed I needed an alignment. When I drove into the garage I was instantly greeted in a friendly manner by several Gateway employees. My service advisor took care of all the necessary paper-work and offered a courtesy ride. As always, any repair that I have received at Gateway was done in a very professional manner, the car was ready when promised, and I was told "Thank You!". More

The longest I have ever waited for a 15 minute oil change I waited for over 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change finished. I have been to this service center hundreds of times and it has never taken over 30 minu I waited for over 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change finished. When I checked on the status of my pickup after 90 minutes of waiting (when i was told that it would no more than 45 minutes), I was told that it had not even been taken in yet. I have multiple other vehicles that are not Chevrolets and I have always taken them to Gateway because of the great service that I normally get - I don't foresee that happening going forward. More
