Friendly but slow I had an hour for my lunch break so when I pulled in for an oil change the first thing I asked was how long it would take. I was told 40-50 minutes. I had an hour for my lunch break so when I pulled in for an oil change the first thing I asked was how long it would take. I was told 40-50 minutes. After sitting in the waiting room 80 minutes, I walked out to check on my pickup. They had just pulled it into a stall. I explained that I was late getting back to work and how if I had known it was going to take so long I would have waited to do my oil change another time. The service manager apologized and said they would rush to get my pickup done. It ended up being at least another 15 minutes before I was called to pay. I used to bring my vehicles to Gateway for oil changes but had switched to a place closer to where I work. I figured I'd try them again because I want to use a GM dealer for maintenance and my pickup just hit 50,000 miles. I'm not sure I want to try them again after this experience. More

Rude to women Refused to listen to me about what was wrong with my car. Inspected it multiple times before finally looking at what I told them to THE FIRST TIME.
