Just a tire rotation. Walk in appt. 15 min for tire rotation and they washed my Wrangler. I has a Chevy for 15 years and came to Gateway. If it's not covered by warranty I'll be bringing my Jeep to Gateway. More

Oil Change/Recall/Radio Update Experience was OK. Work took longer than quoted due to server being down (probably not their fault). This was not an issue because I left the vehicle Experience was OK. Had I been waiting, it would have been frustrating. When I went to pick it up my service mgr was busy with another customer and nobody seemed overly interested in helping me. Once my mgr was available he did a good job of explaining the work that was performed. They washed my vehicle and I was on my way in 10-15 minutes. More
