Gateway Chevrolet Cadillac Hyundai Nissan - Service Center

The longest I have ever waited for a 15 minute oil change I waited for over 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change finished. I have been to this service center hundreds of times and it has never taken over 30 minu I waited for over 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change finished. I have been to this service center hundreds of times and it has never taken over 30 minutes previously. When I checked on the status of my pickup after 90 minutes of waiting (when i was told that it would no more than 45 minutes), I was told that it had not even been taken in yet. I have multiple other vehicles that are not Chevrolets and I have always taken them to Gateway because of the great service that I normally get - I don't foresee that happening going forward. More

Mobil 1 Oil Change The Quick lube Service Tech was kind enough to blow out the Bugs on the upper part of the radiator on my Corvette.. showing him in bugs.. CEL on my Z06 had flashed briefly Took my C7 Z06 in because of the flashing CEL. The tech did a great job diagnosing the issue and the service writer Tim was great to work with.
