2 missed calls in 2 weeks and I get threatened by Chris Having factory work done on my car so I had a rental car from gateway while my car was being repaired. I missed 2 calls due to working double shifts and when I call 2 weeks later Chris threatens that he was about to call the cops on me cause my car has been ready for 2 weeks. Arrive at Gateway and he says "oh it takes me threatening to call the cops to finally get you here huh" and tries to charge me $600 for over rental fees I only had $400 and paid that but I felt so intimidated but dont feel I should have had to pay anything. Edit: 1 call on March 28th and 1 call on March 29th and 1 email that I still have no proof was sent equals multiple people contacting me? In 2 weeks 3 points of contact you feel is enough to warrant a "call the police" THREAT? You have service vehicles that could have stopped by the address on file, I renewed my rental on March 30th. Asking them if my vehicle was done and they had no idea. Maybe communicating between your own departments may be a good idea too. More
Don't waste your time! I took my truck in after it had already been Diagnosed by another dealer. He took a copy of their diagnosis and told me it would be done in 2 days. After many repeated phone calls trying to get ahold of somebody and being told it would be done soon. It ended up being done a week after I dropped it off. I would not recommend this deal to anybody. Their customer service in the service department is terrible. And apparently they don't stock any parts on hand whatsoever. More

Great Service! I went to gateway for my first maintenance, and I wanted a noise from the exhaust fixed. They did the alignment, noise fix, oil change, etc. for free I went to gateway for my first maintenance, and I wanted a noise from the exhaust fixed. They did the alignment, noise fix, oil change, etc. for free because it was under warranty, and even had a tech drive with me just to make sure everything was good. Granted, I am not leaving the review because I got free service; I was impress with with the way I was treated as a customer. Michael was my service advisor and he is a very honest/polite person (much respect there). I will definitely continue buying chevys from now on. I appreciate it! More

I noticed that our salesman was in, so I went to catch up with him, one thing led to another, and later that day I drove home a beautiful new Pathfinder. Tim always takes the time to listen to what I want. And we love working with the team at Gateway. Proud owners of 2 Pathfinders (15 & 17) because of all that they do. I would recommend Gateway Nissan in Fargo to anyone. More
Not a Valued Customer I normally come from out of town to get my car serviced at Gateway. Today I came for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and fifteen minu I normally come from out of town to get my car serviced at Gateway. Today I came for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes. After an hour and fourty five minutes I asked how much longer and was told another twenty minutes. I ended up having to reschedule two appointments I had made In town and didn't leave for over two hours. Wasn't even thanked on my way out. Will be taking my future car purchases and services elsewhere from now on. More

We ended up at Gateway because I was stranded when my car acted up on my way through Fargo. I had had extremely bad luck getting any service that could get it running again to get it back to the Twin Cities ( 4 hours away ) Finally on my 3rd visit to Fargo in one month. I found a dealership who could address the issues in a truthful and helpful say and manage to work it out so that I drove home in a brand new car and a good feeling about the whole experience. Any the way I felt on my way to Fargo this last time - that was a tall order! More
