Alan Drewes was the only service advisor working when I came in Saturday afternoon about an hour before close with my car being towed in. They were able to quickly get me in a rental for the weekend and in came in Saturday afternoon about an hour before close with my car being towed in. They were able to quickly get me in a rental for the weekend and in the short time I was there the tech had already diagnosed the problem and they said they would get it fixed ASAP. The next business day at noon it was done. I have never received that fast exceptional service and I am so thankful to Alan and his team for getting it done so quickly and helping me get on the long road trip home back to Iowa. I had such a positive experience today with Lexus. She not only set me up for service but she went above and beyond by taking good care of my vehicle while it was in for service. I've had a couple of sub not only set me up for service but she went above and beyond by taking good care of my vehicle while it was in for service.
