I had such a positive experience today with Lexus. She not only set me up for service but she went above and beyond by taking good care of my vehicle while it was in for service. I've had a couple of sub not only set me up for service but she went above and beyond by taking good care of my vehicle while it was in for service. I've had a couple of sub-par experiences where my vehicle was unfortunately damaged while in for repair (both situations taken care of). I came in with a rattle on my exhaust I figured it was something simple like a clamp or a heat shield.
