I definitely would not recommend going to Gateway Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. They advertise a certain price but then tack on two separate service contracts at the time of paper work increasing Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. They advertise a certain price but then tack on two separate service contracts at the time of paper work increasing the price of the vehicle by $800. They claim they have an addendum to the price of the vehicle which is nothing more than a sheet of paper laying on the dash that no one shows you. Not once through my whole transaction did anyone mention these extra service contracts. What's even worse is when signing the paperwork, they bring out an iPad to have you sign on a generic screen and then transfer your signature to both service contracts so you are unaware of what you are signing. All the while, not a single word is mentioned about these contracts nor explained what they do. When I called to to question the extra contracts and request they cancel them, I was told they are not cancelable. Their financial department is shady to say the least. There are plenty of honest and trustworthy dealerships out there that deserve your business. Don't waste your time at Gateway Chevrolet! More
